• Reason it failed: The aphrodisiac in it was too powerful and it never left testing. (Cave and Caroline used it a lot. Here’s the pre-recorded proof.)

Aperture Science Colored Contact Lens

• Reason it failed: It rendered test subjects blind… it also made their eyes bleed.

Aperture Science Toddler Training Pants

• Reason it failed: Toddlers don’t like being slightly electrocuted when they wet themselves.

Aperture Science Dietary Pudding (Lemon Flavor)

• Reason it failed: It was combustible and test subjects spontaneous burst into flames after eating it.
